SALES MANAGER

We are strengthening our team and are now looking for SALES MANAGER

Karoo is looking for a customer-oriented and results-driven consumer sales professional to strengthen Karoo’s sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Karoo Adventure Campers  to our consumer customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience in every customer interaction.

Your task will be to contact customers in Finland, Norway and Germany who have pre-ordered Karoo caravans and to sell our products to them. As a salesperson, you will identify customers’ needs, present suitable solutions and smoothly guide the sales process to completion. The role includes active customer outreach, advising customers, sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a desire to achieve sales targets.

We looking for someone who has

  • Experience in sales, customer service and creating an excellent customer experience in an international operating environment.
  • A goal-oriented, active and self-driven approach to work.
  • The ability to identify customers’ needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • A positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • A willingness to learn new things and develop professionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Finnish, English and German.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

In this role, your responsibilities will include

  • Selling Karoo Campers to consumer customers in Finland, Norway and Germany.
  • Monitoring sales targets and working actively to achieve them.
  • Actively contacting customers and pre-order customers.
  • Ensuring that the sales process progresses carefully and smoothly from the first contact through to the order.
  • Providing customers with expert advice and ensuring an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships in the long term.
  • Contributing to the building and development of a new international sales function as part of Karoo’s growth story.
