SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are strengthening our team and are now looking for SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for an active and well-organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support Karoo’s growth and customer work. In this versatile role, you will work closely with sales, marketing and customer accounts, ensuring that day-to-day activities progress in a planned, smooth and goal-oriented manner.

Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, customer communication, preparing sales and presentation materials, and maintaining customer registers and sales tracking data. You will also participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, as well as updating newsletters, websites and other marketing channels.

This role is suitable for you if you enjoy customer work, keep things well organized and want to be part of increasing the visibility, growth and excellent customer experience of a high-quality brand.

The role is new within our company and offers an excellent opportunity to build a new international business.

We looking for someone who has

  • Education in sales, marketing, communications or business
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, precise and solution-oriented approach to work
  • The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • A passion for sales, marketing and customer work
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English. German language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Skills and experience in marketing tools and their use (WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media and customer relationship management systems
  • A willingness to learn new things and develop Karoo’s operations together with the rest of the team

In this role, your responsibilities will include

  • Daily sales support and customer communication across different channels
  • Preparing offers, presentation materials and other sales support materials
  • Maintaining and developing customer registers
  • Participating in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Updating websites and other digital marketing channels
  • Assisting with the organization of events, trade fairs and customer events
  • Ordering, updating and coordinating marketing and sales materials
  • Monitoring sales and marketing results and supporting reporting
